I'M JENNY J.

I’m a Certified Fitness Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight Loss Specialist who helps women lose weight and get fit without extreme dieting. As a former crash dieter myself who struggled with body dysmorphia, I know what it feels like to try every diet and fitness program out there and not get results.

After losing 20 lbs. in 3 months during the pandemic and getting into the best shape of my life, my goal is to help women discover how to actually lose weight sustainably and get results that last.
