In my early 20’s, I found myself hopping from one diet fad to the next, constantly comparing myself to other women, and literally destroying my health for the sake of having “the perfect body.” I was starved, exhausted, and desperate for change.
After years of trial and error, as well as hundreds of hours spent reading textbooks to figure out what worked, I finally learned how to eat and train effectively so that I could lose the stubborn fat, keep it off, and maintain a fit body year-round (without giving up foods I loved).
Learning the hard way was a blessing in disguise because I can now help women avoid the same mistakes I did.
