NICE TO MEET YOU
I'm Jenny J.
In my early 20’s, I would do 2 hours of cardio on a treadmill and eat less than 1,200 calories a day in an effort to lose weight and tone up. I was following the old cardinal rule that if you want to lose weight, you have to “eat less, move more.”
Little did I know that this statement could not be further from the truth. Once I became a Personal Trainer (NASM), Nutrition Coach (PN1), Weight Loss Specialist (NASM), and Women’s Coaching Specialist (GGS-1), I learned that the most effective way to burn fat and build lean muscle was through high intensity interval training (aka HIIT) and total body strength training.
As I started to change my workout methods, so did my body. I’ve gotten into the best shape of my life through HIIT and strength-based workouts and have helped hundreds of thousands of people around the world do the same.
In this challenge, I will prove to you that you can get BETTER results in LESS time. Let’s do this!
