3 Powerful Questions To Reignite Motivation

It’s been about 2 years since my last physical transformation of losing about 17 lbs in 3 months.

It was a huge win for me for many reasons. I lost weight in a healthy way, I kept it off (which is usually the hardest part), and it gave me the confidence to show up more boldly online.

Since then, I have just been maintaining. Not to say it is a bad thing, but I haven’t had any motivation to reach the “next level.”

There are still some areas in my health and fitness that can use improvement.

So in order for me to reignite my motivation again, I asked myself 3 powerful questions to help get the ball rolling.

  • Question #1: What is the outcome I’m after?

  • Question #2: Why is this important to me?

  • Question #3: If I knew I could not fail, what actions would I take?

These are the EXACT questions I asked myself before my weight loss transformation in 2020. These journal prompts helped me dig deeper into my WHY so that I could keep going when it got tough.

If you are wanting to reach your next level, ask yourself these 3 questions. Write it down and really reflect why this goal is so important to you.
