5 Signs You’re a Rollercoaster Dieter

Rollercoaster dieting is just like what it sounds - an up and down ride that you never seem to quite get a grip on. While you might have the best intentions when it comes to reaching your health and fitness goals, your approach might be unsustainable.


Here are 5 quick signs you’re a rollercoaster dieter:


Sign #1:
You are starting (and failing) diets what seems like every few months.


Sign #2:
You severely restrict or limit foods altogether in a last ditch effort to lose 5lbs in 5 days


Sign #3:
You’re constantly “detoxing” or trying to find a quick fix solution to erase bad habits


Sign #4:

You lose weight, then gain it right back. You can never figure out how to actually keep it off.


Sign #5:
You diet extremely hard which then leads to burnout. You then “screw it” and eat anything and everything you want, only to find yourself starting the cycle all over again.

I know firsthand what it feels like to have this area of your life feel like a HOT MESS.
