Stay hydrated by bringing a BPA-free reusable water bottle everywhere you go. Oftentimes, we confuse hunger for thirst. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially if you're traveling somewhere warm.
No time for a workout? Don't sweat it! Prioritize movement throughout the day and walk everywhere you can! Walking is so underrated. Every step counts!
Take a peek at the restaurant's menu before you go, preferrably when you're not starving. Find 1-2 healthy options that align with your goals, but don't worry if you're not "perfect." This is why living an 80/20 approach is so key for when #lifehappens
Get outside and enjoy! Hike a mountain, snorkel with fish, go parasailing. Make physical activity a part of your vacay plans!
Go to the local grocery store or bring healthy snacks from home so that you're not left getting munchies out of the vending machine. Try to eat fresh, whole foods more often than processed, packaged foods.
Remember, vacations are meant to be FUN and to allow space for enjoyment, connection with family, and relaxation. Your goal-slaying activities will be there waiting for you right when you get back home.
