Want to know what to eat to fuel your body properly after a tough workout?

Make sure to consume 1-2 palm-sized portions of protein and 1-2 cupped handful portions of carbs post-workout to properly fuel your muscles and restore energy.

Breakfast Ideas

  • Greek yogurt and berries
  • Eggs and toast
  • Oatmeal and protein powder mixed in
  • Protein shake with frozen fruit
  • Cottage cheese and melon

 

Lunch Ideas

  • Tuna on sprouted wheat bread
  • Chicken salad with sweet potato
  • Ahi poke with brown rice
  • Turkey burger on a whole wheat bun


Dinner Ideas

  • Chickpea pasta with turkey meatballs
  • Chicken soup with veggies,
  • Wild salmon with couscous
  • Steak with mashed potatoes

Snack Ideas

  • Apple and almond butter
  • Turkey jerky with almond flour crackers
  • Hardboiled eggs on sprouted wheat bread
  • Banana and a handful of mixed nuts

 

As always, opt for real, whole, unprocessed food most of the time!
