The REAL Reason You’re Not Seeing Results

At the end of the day, we know WHAT to do to get in shape. Eat right, exercise, and repeat...right?

But, there is 1 HUGE reason why people get stuck and don’t see the results they want.

They don’t stick it out long enough!

Think about how true love is developed with a partner. Do you fall in love with them after the first date? What about the first week?

No - it’s developed with TIME.

So why do we think we’re going to magically get flat abs and lose 10 pounds after a week of working out and eating healthy?

This ain’t a Disney fairytale. Nothing happens overnight even though social media and movies make it seem like it does.

You have to give it TIME. Just like developing a relationship, you gotta keep showing up to date them! You gotta nurture the relationship. You gotta deal with setbacks, fights, and work through the hard moments.

Fitness is much like nurturing a new relationship. Keep showing up. Give it time.

You might have some setbacks along the way; but in the end, consistency in taking ACTION is what produces long-term lasting results.
