Move 1: Stability Ball Knee Tucks
Move 2: Bosu Ball Single Leg Extension To Knee Tuck
Move 3: Side Plank Reach To Knee

Perform each movement for 1 minute (or 30 seconds each side) and repeat 3-4 rounds.
