The KEY To Confidence Is Not What You Think

In one of my classes on BODi, I shared that one of the ways you can build CONFIDENCE is by first building COMPETENCE

In other words, the more you improve upon a skill, whether that’s learning how to lift weights or learning about nutrition, the more confident you become at doing that very thing. 

Confidence doesn’t just “happen.” It is BUILT and CREATED through action. The more you learn, the better you get.
